Prep
- Do not shave 24 hours prior to service
- Shower and exfoliate - Use a body scrub, you want to remove any dead skin, so the product adheres evenly
- If your skin is dry, use light lotion at least 2 hours prior
- Moisturize the palms of your hand so you get a natural looking tan.
- Remove makeup
- Avoid wearing perfume or deodorant, these can lead to blotching and flaking
During
- Wear undergarments to protect sensitive areas
- Use protective eyewear
- Keep mouth closed and use lip balm to protect lips
- Avoid inhaling the product
Afterwards
- Your tan will gradually darken within the first 8 hours of application
- Tanning spray residue may stain light colored or tightly fitted clothing
- Wear open shoes, like flip-flops if possible
- Avoid heavy sweating, pools & showering for 8 hours after your tan
- For the best results may be left on overnight
- You may stop the gradual darkening process by showering at any time
