SALON POLICES & FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Deposits may be required for the following:

• Booking an appointment with a coupon or gift certificate.
• Booking a party of 3 or more people.
• Booking multiple services.
• Previous no show / no call for appointments.
• Previous rescheduled or canceled appointments with less than 48 hours notice.
• Consultation appointment on a Saturday.
• Hair Extensions.

Please note:

Any coupons, gift certificates, discounts, or promotional packages must be stated at time of booking.

If you are 10 or more minutes late, your service may be cut short or forfeited.

Clients receiving spa treatments require paperwork and are to arrive 5 minutes early (You don’t want to cut into your treatment time).

If you must bring children, they must be under your supervision at all times. Please also be respectful of clients receiving spa services by keeping your children at a reasonable volume. Taglio Salon & Spa claims no responsibility for accidents that occur if your child is in the salon unattended.
